A new spin on a classic favorite. Use a fine, high quality white chocolate for this. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method

2 cups whipping cream

2 cups whole milk

9 egg yolks

6 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon corn starch

1 cup chopped white chocolate

 

In a sauce pan, bring the milk and cream to a quick boil.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl whisk together sugar, corn starch and egg yolks. Slowly add the hot cream and milk whisking well to incorporate.

Return mixture to the sauce pan and bring back to a quick boil, cook until thickened. 

Remove from the stove stir in chopped white chocolate. Pass pudding through a fine mesh sieve back into bowl or your preferred serving containers and chill for 2 hours or until needed.

Top with berries!
